The Archives
Of Vox
Argentum
Songs, portraits, histories, and Quiet Truths gathered across the world of Cardorbis.
Welcome, travelers.
I am Vox Argentum, the Echo of a Thousand Songs.
These archives gather what I have found across Cardorbis: bardic ballads carried out of ruined halls, battle hymns remembered long after the banners fell, portraits of remarkable peoples, histories buried beneath old kingdoms, and Quiet Truths discovered along roads that rarely lead where anyone expects.
Cardorbis is a world stitched together by chaos, memory, faith, and consequence. Its sun was broken but still circles the heavens as a living ring of light. Its moons shape tides, magic, cultures, and belief. The World Tree rises through one hemisphere like a living axis, while ancient ice, vampire courts, shifting planar seams, and countless peoples make every horizon its own story.
Some of what you find here began at a gaming table. Some became songs. Some became cards. Some became something larger than the story that first gave them life.
The archives exist to preserve those pieces of Cardorbis and let them speak for themselves.
Even broken worlds still sing.

Songs & Tales
EVEN BROKEN WORLDS STILL SING
Every place remembers itself differently in song.
Vox Argentum travels Cardorbis collecting bardic ballads, battle hymns, tavern songs, laments, prayers, and the stories of those whose lives gave them meaning.
Listen awhile. The road may sound different afterward.
About the Project
Cardorbis began long before this website.
Its characters, places, stories, religions, histories, songs, and ideas have lived in my head and at gaming tables for years. The difficult part was never imagining them. It was finding a way to get what I could see and hear so clearly inside my own mind into a form that someone else could experience.
I am not a trained illustrator, and I did not have the technical means to turn the images in my head into finished artwork on my own. Writing presented a similar problem: I could know a character, a place, or an entire history intimately and still struggle to put it into words that communicated what I meant.
Artificial intelligence changed that.
AI has become a tool through which I can finally translate that inner world into something visible, readable, and shareable. The concepts, characters, settings, stories, philosophical ideas, creative direction, revisions, selections, and larger world of Cardorbis come from years of imagination, tabletop play, conversation, and continual development. AI tools are used throughout the process to help turn those ideas into images, prose, music, code, and other finished forms.
Inspiration comes from everywhere: mythology, religion, history, fantasy, games, music, art, people I have known, stories I have loved, things I agree with, things I disagree with, and questions I am still trying to answer. Nothing creative grows in a vacuum.
I believe AI can be an extraordinary creative tool for people who have something they desperately want to express but have struggled to acquire the technical means to express it. For me, it has made the difference between Cardorbis remaining largely inside my own head and being able to invite other people into it.
I also understand that AI in creative spaces is controversial. I am not interested in disguising its use here or pretending that these works were produced through methods they were not. If the use of AI in art, writing, music, or other creative work is something you fundamentally object to, this project may simply not be for you, and that is okay.
For everyone else:
Welcome to Cardorbis. I have wanted to show it to you for a very long time.
