Iverai
A deer-derived Cervine Beastfolk Lineage whose ancestry is established while many details of antlers, coat, hooves, and other morphology remain naturally variable or incompletely documented.
Established Ancestry
Iverai are deer-derived Cervine Beastfolk. Their Lineage is stable even though the full range of Iverai morphology has not been reduced to one canonical body plan. Antler expression, hoof structure, coat distribution, facial anatomy, and sexual dimorphism should therefore not be treated as universal merely because a particular Iverai individual displays them.
No intrinsic Iverai magic is presently established. Cervine sensory and instinctive priorities can make changes in movement, proximity, or the surrounding environment especially noticeable without determining personality.
A Lineage Within a Larger Kindred
Future elk-, reindeer-, moose-, or other cervine-derived Wildfolk may prove compatible with Iverai architecture or may establish additional Lineages. The taxonomy remains observational: resemblance proposes a classification, while inheritance and metaphysical structure establish it.
