Ravunai

Ravunai are a stable Feline Beastfolk Lineage whose characteristic adult form combines creature-forward feline anatomy with a distinctive green-and-cream coat. Known Ravunai possess short dense fur, rose to deep-rose eyes with vertical pupils, a short feline muzzle with whisker pads and natural whiskers, two triangular feline ears, slightly elongated biological crown fur, a pale chest ruff, dexterous five-fingered hands with short retractable claws, powerful digitigrade legs ending in broad feline paws, and one muscular expressive tail.

The Lineage's green coloration is biological rather than botanical or magical. Leaflike silhouettes in the crown fur, ruff, and coat markings are expressions of fur growth and patterning; no literal vegetation is known to grow from the body. Known members display olive and leaf-green coats with darker regional markings and pale cream or celadon areas, though the full range of Ravunai coloration remains incompletely documented.

Ravunai anatomy supports excellent balance, controlled movement, climbing, and confident travel across roots, bark, wet stone, rope, and other irregular surfaces. These are physical aptitudes rather than prescribed roles. Stewardship, botany, diplomacy, secrecy, pathkeeping, patience, and environmental responsibility are learned practices and cultural or individual choices, not inherited Ravunai temperament.

No intrinsic magical ability is presently established for the Lineage. The documented Ascension sequence begins with Greenwarden, continues through Bloomwarden, and reaches its currently known mature expression in Thorn Envoy. Later Ascensions intensify and reshape existing Ravunai traits without changing ancestry. The Lineage remains Ravunai throughout the sequence.
