Fox Ancestry Without the Stereotype
Thesren are fox-derived Vulpine Beastfolk. Their ancestry can shape sensory priorities, movement, and the physical possibilities of the body without making cunning, deception, illusion, secrecy, or mischief inherited personality traits.
No intrinsic Thesren magic is presently established. A Thesren may become an investigator, courier, mage, ruler, farmer, or anything else for the same social and personal reasons that shape other sapient lives.
Known Exemplars
The Swift Courier and Truthseeker belong to a Thesren Ascension line. Their speed, memory, route knowledge, observation, and investigative discipline show ways Thesren abilities can be cultivated, but those professions are not Lineage requirements and Ascension does not change their ancestry.
